IPAA/PESA Petroleum Academy at Southwest (IPAS) is proud to announce that 48 seniors will graduate from the program. Graduates received medals of distinction from the IPAA/PESA Education Center and from Fort Worth ISD to wear during their graduation ceremony on June 3. These 48 seniors have been awarded over $200 thousand dollars in scholarships - and still counting! Among our graduating Academy students we have 11 who are graduating in the top ten percent: Isabella Garcia, Jesse Jaramillo, Vianey Jauregui, Avery King, Jennifer Lopez, Octavio Martinez, Alexis Orta, Roderick Simmons, Luis Tinoco, Michael Underwood and Bailey Weakley. In addition, senior Diana Gomez-Ramos was chosen by the IPAA/PESA Education Center for a $2000 scholarship and Jesse Jaramillo was chosen by his Academy teachers for a $500 IPAS scholarship.
